Meditation

Meditation is a mind and body practice that increases physical relaxation, enhances self-awareness and mindfulness, improves psychological balance, reduces stress, and thus anxiety, and promotes overall health and wellbeing. 

During the sessions you might satisfy your wanderlust and free your imagination through guided visualisations or be equipped with a healthy mindset to face the week ahead. Positive affirmation, facilitation of inner calm and stillness, and the alignment of your chakra system are integral to the approach. 

Meditation may seem daunting but set all your all expectations aside, and look to find inner peace. Join me as together we quieten the sympathetic (fight or flight) while activating the parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system.
